My former profession was a Pastry Chef in California where I worked in the

field for decades.

I made and created pastries for various restaurants. I also made wedding cakes and did some catering as well.

From there and using my entrepreneurial skills, I decided to try something different and opened a darling

clothing boutique in the town of Boise Idaho.

After running the boutique for many years I decided to go back to my first passion and went on to start a

cheesecake business namely: HELLO CHEESECAKE.

I moved back to California and eventually started up a micro cafe then a coffee shop in Santa Rosa, Ca.

After many years of heavy duty work and standing on my feet for hours on end, my muscles, joints and even my bones

started feeling achy. I also didn't have much strength either.

Taking walks or riding a bike seemed to be a  struggle and almost felt likeI had some sort of arthritis or fibromyalgia.

Then somehow, I came upon Qigong and started practicing as much as I could! It was a game-changer for me!

I could feel a difference right away. Not only was I feeling better physically, but I was feeling better mentally!

Most of my anxiety had gone away and my sleep had extremely improved!

After feeling and seeing what a positive difference it made in my life, I wanted to help others experience

the same extraordinary benefits. So I became a Certified Qigong Instructor!

I can honestly say, I have never felt

better or have been in better shape. It truly is a "life changer".

The only regret I have with Qigong is  that I wished I would have

started sooner. But then ..... it's never too late!
